Organization

The 2nd Frigate Squadron is responsible for the readiness of the units under command in Above Water and Subsurface warfare through the following organizational structure.

 
The Headquarter is subcategorized into 1 division and 8 departments as follows.

Departments Responsibilities

Headquarter

Policy making, planning, cooperating and supervising the units in command.

 Administrative Department

Administration, office procedures and etc.

Personnel Department

Planning, cooperating and supervising squadron’s personnel, including healthcare and morale enhancement.

 Intelligence Department

Planning, cooperating and supervising related intelligence and squadron security.

  Operation Department

Planning, cooperating and supervising operation and exercise related matters.

Logistics Department

Planning, cooperating and supervising logistics matters, including equipment delivering, equipment maintenance and medical.

 Communication Department

Planning, cooperating and supervising communication procedures and electronic warfare.

Supply Department

Controlling, acquiring, maintenance and security of supply equipments.

Financial Department

Managing, receiving, distributing and the security of the Squadron funds and their appropriate financial documents.

Engineering Division

Planning, cooperating and supervising the maintenance of the ships’ hulls and machinery, electrical and weapon electrical equipment and weaponry system.

Security Element

The security of the squadron and force protection. The element is divided into 3 subunits: Headquarter, Supporting Section and Protection Section.
